With immediate effect the technical support as basic service part of HALFEN provided by our ICT (International CompetenceCenter Technology) is also available online.

Our team consists of excellent qualified engineers who will offer immediate support for all kinds of technical inquiries, but also individual special solutions for projects according to customer requests.
Safety, liability and efficiency for the customers are our top priorities. Furthermore our specialized contact person will check the practicability and possible assembly solutions of the HALFEN-design and will issue statistic calculations.

We hired additional multilingual employees and thus are able to provide competent full service also for our international customers. Our colleagues can be contacted either by telephone or by e-mail.
