The HALFEN SUK Sub-Structure System is an adjustable
façade support system suitable for wall cavities greater than 6 in.
The SUK system is ideal for new construction as well as
retrofits of existing structures. The HALFEN SUK
system consists of a series of vertical rails hung from the
structure to which the wall panel supports and restraint
brackets are connected.
The vertical rails are fixed back to the structure at comparatively
large spacings, reducing the number of penetrations into the
structure. This allows for quick and easy installation and
minimizes the overall impact to the building envelope.
The SUK is a stainless steel system and is extremely
durable. It can be used in almost any environment.
HALFEN SUK Sub-Structure system is also suitable for
connecting building cladding elements. Furthermore, using a
pre-installed sub structure system allows for fast and
economical installation of cladding.
Engineered to perform under large spans and spacings
Stainless steel for maximum corrosion protection
Channel system allows for a high level of adjustability
High load bearing capacity
Suitable for large wall cavities
Minimal penetrations reduce the number of thermal bridges,
increasing energy efficiency
Engineering support available
HALFEN UKB Sub-Structure System
HALFEN UKB Sub-Structure system is a highly adjustable system that
consists of vertical aluminum channels and stainless steel HALFEN
BA Body Anchors. The UKB system is designed to span inside the
cavity between the main structure and the natural stone cladding.
UKB is engineered for large spans and spacings, resulting in fewer
connections to the main structure. This minimizes thermal transfer
thus resulting in a higher energy efficiency.
The UKB system is engineered to accommodate cavities between 5 1/8"
to 12 5/8" (130 - 320mm).
An aluminum channel with stainless steel BA Body
Maximum corrosion protection
High level of adjustability
Engineering support available throughout the design
