Nuove Varesine Residential Towers
Milan, Italy

Two new residential towers stand out in the skyline of Milan, built in the district of Porta Nuova-Varesine signed by studio Arquitectonica of Miami. Solaria and Air Towers, two art facilities, located near Piazza della Repubblica, innovative design, LEED certification and stunning views.
Solaria Tower comprises 34 floors with a height of 143 meters. The building is formed by three separate wings that meet at a central nucleus from which the natural light radiates in each floor. In this way each accommodation benefits from exposure on three sides, in full respect of privacy.
Air Tower is organized on 17 floors and houses 42 units. In addition to the residential units, each tower has a private gym, party room, pool, spa and a shopping and leisure area and leisure storey buildings. All apartments have balconies depth of three meters, a sort of hanging gardens from the offset arrangement, each at a distance of two floors from the next.
HALFEN HDB provided systems for reinforced concrete structures, HUC systems for cranes and HFV anchoring systems for anchoring of concrete facades.
