NEW: software HSC 3.00 for HALFEN Stud Connector
The new version of the design program HALFEN HSC 3.00 is now available for download. The software serves as a design aid for economical solution between both steel to concrete and concrete to concrete connections and supports and includes comprehensive, user-friendly innovations:
- For the first time, newly developed HALFEN Universal Connection Modules for connecting steel components to concrete have been integrated.
- Typical connections in structural steelwork can be verified.
- Typical structural steel brackets including bracket connections can be verified economically.
- Systematic and supportive user guide reduces project processing time to a minimum. The results are presented in a clear and comprehensive way and alternative solutions as well as changes to the axial and edge distances of the bolts are possible.
- 3D rotated and zoomed view of the components shows the reinforcement penetration and allows easy visual verification of the connection configuration.
- Link to halfen.partcommunity.com with 3D data models in various file formats is now available.
The basis for the design of the HALFEN Stud Connector are given in the German building authority approvals Z-21.8-1973 and Z-21-8-1974 as there are no other product certifications possible for these items.
