We received our 3rd TOP 100 seal!
This year, we as Leviat GmbH were once again able to convince with excellent innovation work. The TOP 100 innovation competition is based on a scientific selection process and is only awarded to very innovative medium-sized companies. "The most innovative companies receive the seal. It shows that they are excellently equipped to meet future challenges," explains Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, the scientific director of TOP 100. Five categories were examined on behalf of compamedia GmbH using more than 100 innovation indicators:
- Innovation-promoting top-management,
- Innovation culture,
- Innovative processes and organization,
- External orientation/open innovation,
- Innovation success.
In principle, the TOP 100 analysis is concerned with the question of whether a company's innovations are just a product of chance or are systematically planned and therefore repeatable in the future. Special weighting is given to the question of whether and how innovations and product improvements succeed on the market.
We are proud that we were able to succeed in our size category for the third time out of a total of around 500 competitors! But we have high standards for ourselves: Together as Team-Leviat, we will continue to work on our innovation success in order to be able to call ourselves "Top Innovator" in the long term on a lasting basis.
