Leviat extends its range of Halfen Anchor Channels with High-Performance Lean Duplex Stainless Steel

Leviat has unveiled a significant development to its range of trusted Halfen Anchor Channels with the introduction of high-performance Lean Duplex stainless steel.

Designed for structural reliability, the new Halfen Lean Duplex Anchor Channels feature an increased steel load capacity, allowing them to support heavier loads providing outstanding safety and confidence. The first products available in D4 material include the following profiles:

HTA-CE 28/15
HTA-CE 38/17
HTA-CE 49/30

These new anchor channels are ideally suited for high-performance applications across a wide range of construction environments.

Not only do they offer enhanced strength, but the Lean Duplex stainless steel used in these channels provides exceptional corrosion resistance, complying with corrosion resistance class III according to EN 1993-1-4. This ensures longer service life and reduced maintenance, particularly in challenging conditions such as marine, industrial, or high humidity environments.

In addition to technical advantages, this innovation introduces clear economic benefits. Lean Duplex stainless steel enables reduced material costs while maintaining structural integrity and quality.
