Tschuggen Grand Hotel Arosa
Arosa, Switzerland

The Tschuggen Bergoase Spain Arosa is the hallmark of the Tschuggen Grand Hotel. When you think of Tschuggen, you envisage the ingenious architectural concept of glass light sails by the eminent Swiss architect, Mario Botta. The light sails, which are as much as 16m high, are even visible from a distance. The glass and steel structures were set into the stepped landscape like oversized sails. During the day, they bring sunlight into the mountain oasis, and at night they illuminate the surrounding mountains with their coloured light.
The material mix of the Tschuggen Bergoase consists mainly of Duke White granite from the Alps, glass and Canadian maple
HALFEN supplied a special design for the attractive fixing of the demanding stone facades, with its type tested and TUV/LGA certified UMA Grout-In Anchor
