TimXtend – The Innovative Balcony System for Timber Construction

Thanks to the TimXtend balcony system, jointly developed by Leviat, Rothoblass, and RWT plus, balconies can now be easily and freely cantilevered from solid timber floors. Suspended or freestanding structures are no longer necessary, and there is no need for a concrete topping layer or timber-concrete composite slab, enabling the use of pure timber floors in a sustainable way.
