The “Iti Alpenhotel Kaiserfels”, with 130 rooms and suites, in the Austrian skiing and walking district of Sankt Johann in Tirol was opened in January 2015. Apart from its main restaurant, the hotel also sports an À-la-carte-restaurant; the “Edelweiss-Stube“. Guests can rest and recuperation in the wellness- and Spa area.

All balcony elements in this project were planned as prefab-elements. HALFEN HIT-HP MV-OU Elements were used as the plan was for connection to a continuous off-set slab. The construction company was won over by the simplicity of subsequent slab placement.

Leviat supplied HALFEN HIT Insulated balcony connection elements used in the renovation of the original structure as well as for the new build part of this hotel.
