ZSC Arena

The Swiss Life Arena is a sports and event venue located in Zurich-Altstetten and was scheduled to open in autumn 2022. It is considered one of the most modern arenas of its kind in Switzerland. Built on a site covering approximately 28,000 m², the Swiss Life Arena accommodates up to 12,000 spectators. Ice hockey plays a central role, with the ZSC Lions, GCK Lions, and the GCK/ZSC Lions junior teams as the arena’s main users.

As part of this project, Leviat was responsible for a customized structural solution for the fastening of the pilasters. The company supplied FPA façade panel anchors as well as Halfen channels. Due to the limited space available on site, the installation of the pilasters was only possible through a bespoke construction approach. Leviat successfully addressed the specific requirements related to accessibility and installation, enabling the development of an efficient and cost-effective solution.
