Chemical Anchor Bolt HB-V The Chemical Anchor
Bolt HB-V with ETA consists of a glass capsule
filled with resin, hardener and filler-material, as well as the
Threaded
Stud HB-V-A. The components in the capsule are mixed to a fast
curing
resin-mortar when the threaded stud is inserted into the
drill-hole.
This stress free anchoring system has been tried and tested for
decades and allows for mounting of heavy loads even with smaller
spacings and edge distances in non-cracked concrete.
Advantages:
Anchor-rods with external hexagon for fast and easy
installation
Every package includes an adapter for the drilling machine
Sealed drill-hole
Extensive product range for many applications
Usable in damp and dry concrete
HB Anchor Bolt Systems
Injection system HB-VMZ The Injection System
HB-VMZ consists of an anchor rod with conical
expansion elements and a two component injection adhesive.
This
combination provides extremely high load bearing capacity even
at
minimum edge distance and spacing. The HB-VMZ system combines
the
benefits of bonded anchors and expansion anchors in a
European
technical approved fastening system. The system is perfect suitable
for heavy duty fastenings in cracked and non-cracked concrete,
e.g.
steel beams, steel supports, railings, brackets, facade
substructures,
cable trays, ...
Advantages:
Small thickness of concrete slab
No load reduction for wet drill holes
Approved from -5 °C temperature of base material while
installing
Approved to use under seismic action according to the
performance category C1 and C2 (M10-M24)
Very economic fixings, optimized to the requirements of each
fixing
Opened cartridges can be re-used with a new mixer nozzle
Injection system HB-VMU plus
The injection system HB-VMU plus is a new universal injection
system for almost all applications and materials. Besides the use
in non-cracked and cracked concrete, HB-VMU plus is also approved
for fixings in masonry. In perforated brick, an additional
perfo-sleeve is required. The system is perfect suitable for medium
and heavy duty fastenings, e.g. steel beams, steel supports,
railings, brackets, facade substructures, cable trays,….
Advantages:
Only one mortar for almost all applications, more flexibility,
less inventory, greater application security
Approved also with standard threaded rods (strength test
required)
Base material temperature during installation -10°C
(concrete)
Approved to use under seismic action according to the
performance
category C1
Very economic fixings, optimized to the requirements of each
fixing
Opened cartridges can be re-used with a new mixer nozzle
Wedge Anchor HB-B
The tried and tested wedge anchor B with ETA, is ideal for
time-saving through fastenings in non-cracked concrete. Its two
effective anchorage depths make it very flexible, reducing contacts
with reinforcements when holes are drilled.
Advantages:
Approved for use in non-cracked concrete
Very high load limits and small spacings and edge
distances
Two effective anchorage depths for greater flexibility
The smaller effective anchorage depth helps to reduce
drilling
and installation time
The standard effective anchorage depth is suitable for
fastenings under the highest load limits and small spacings and
edge distances
Suitable for surface, through and stand-off fastenings
All sizes covered by the approval are assembled with a
stainless steel expansion clip
Wedge Anchor HB-BZ
There has been further improvement to the performance and
application range of the wedge anchor HB-BZ. The new European
Technical Assessment replaces the previous European Technical
Approval. Now its suitability has been verified for seismic
loading, performance categories C1 and C2. Variants include a
second effective anchorage depth. Possible applications are: Medium
to heavy duty anchoring in cracked and non-cracked concrete: Steel
beams, base plates, channels, tracks, wood structures, railings,
brackets, facade substructures, cable trays, ...
Advantages:
approved for use in cracked and non-cracked concrete
approved for seismic loads, performance categories C1 and C2
(M8 to M20, maximum anchor length 210 mm)
fire tested in compliance with DIN 4102-2. Fire resistance
ratings R30–R120
two effective anchorage depths for greater flexibility (M8 to
M16, maximum anchor length 210 mm)
anchoring with shorter effective anchorage depth reduces
drilling and installation time
