Anchorage for masonry

Anchorage for masonry

HALFEN Brickwork restraint systems are efficient and reliable fixings designed to anchor brickwork, infills, partition-walls and cladding, (with or without cavities or insulation) using HALFEN ML or BL Brick ties to concrete walls or columns, or to steel and wooden structures. Brick ties in the channel are free to slide vertically in the channel, significantly reducing the risk of cracks in the masonry. HALFEN Brick ties can be inserted into the brick tie channels to connect masonry at the recommended spacings. The ties are inserted during ongoing masonry work, turned 90° and pressed into the wet mortar. The slotted holes in the ties improve anchorage in the joint mortar.
