HALFEN Natural stone support anchors
The HALFEN Body anchors are 3D adjustable brackets for natural stone or concrete, façade panels, which are fixed to the load-bearing structure using HALFEN Cast-in channels or HALFEN Anchor bolts. These can be used to support vertical loads (deadweight) of the façade panel as well as horizontal loads (wind-loads). Four different types are available. the type is selected depending on the application.
The LGA (Bavarian state trade institute) Nuremberg certification authority certified the HALFEN Body anchors as "LGA tested quality".

HALFEN BA Body anchor
HALFEN BA Body anchors are designed for small stand-off distances from 60 to 120 mm with a maximum load of 1300N. The anchors consist of a sturdy base element, a serrated plate and a spade bolt. The BA Body anchor is fixed according to the installation instructions, either in the horizontal or vertical panel joint, to load-bearing substrate to HALFEN Cast-in channels or using the HALFEN Anchor bolt system. As with all body anchors the distance to the load-bearing substrate is adjusted by turning the spade bolt. Of course, lateral adjustment of the anchor is also possible by swivelling on the supporting anchor bolt.
HALFEN DT Body anchor
HALFEN DT Body anchors (structural anchors) are suitable for large stand-off distances of 140 to 300mm and loads of up to 1300N.
The pre-assembled anchors consist of the main bracket, the adjustable wedge plate and a spade bolt. Vertical bracket adjustment is made using the sliding wedge plate. The stand-off distance to the supporting substrate can be adjusted using the spade bolt. The Body anchor DT can also be pivoted around the fixing bolt for lateral adjustment. The spade bolt is pre-assembled to use in the horizon panel, but is easily adjusted for use in the vertical joints by rotating the spade bolt.HALFEN DT Body anchors (Support anchor) are suitable for large stand-off distances of 140 to 300mm and loads of up to 1300N. The body anchors are delivered pre-assembled and consist of the main bracket, the adjustable slotted wedge plate and a locking nut. Vertical bracket adjustment is made
using the slotted wedge plate. The stand-off distance to the supporting substrate can be adjusted using the spade bolt. The DT Body anchor can also be pivoted around the fixing anchor bolt for lateral adjustment. The locking nut is factory-assembled for left-right adjustment. but is easily removed and re-inserted for right-left adjustment.
HALFEN DH Body anchor
HALFEN DH Body anchors are three-dimension adjustable restraint anchors They are designed only for horizontal tension or compression loads. DH Body anchors are used in combination with HALFEN HRM/HRC, BA and DT Body anchors. The restraint anchor is used mainly in vertical joints, at edges and corners including for parapet slabs. They are designed for stand-off installations of 60 to 320 mm with a maximum horizontal load of 1300N.
Stand-off distance from the main structure is adjusted using the spade bolt.
A 9 × 30mm slot allows vertical adjustment. The anchor is pivoted for lateral adjustment. The anchor is supplied with a locking nut to secure the threaded support arm to the body.
