While every care has been taken in the preparation of the software, errors in the program and the CAD libraries cannot be fully excluded. Therefore, Leviat GmbH cannot accept responsibility if the results reached with this software or CAD libraries contain errors. It is the user’s responsibility to check the input values and drawings and verify their feasibility based on current standards and approvals.
The user remains solely responsible for the calculation results applied.

These BIM Plugins are products of Leviat B.V., 7623 CS, Netherlands. They are protected by copyright, all rights reserved. Any changes to the BIM Plugins require the prior consent of the author.

While every care has been taken in the preparation of the BIM Plugins, errors cannot be completely excluded. Leviat B.V. therefore accepts no liability for the fact that the measurements or planning carried out with these BIM plugins are completely free of errors. In particular, the user is required to check the input values, design results and graphics and to check them for plausibility using applicable documents (standards and approvals).
The user remains solely responsible for the calculation results applied.

Updates or amendments to this warranty
We may revise this warranty from time to time, in our sole discretion, and the most current version will always be posted on the website. We encourage you to review this warranty regularly for any changes. In the event of material changes, we will notify you through our Software or by email.

Your continued use of the Software, following the notification of such amendments, constitutes your acknowledgement and consent of such amendments to this warranty and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
