Mytischi Residential House

The „Quartal 9-18“project in Mytischi is one of the most interesting and demanding construction projects in the Moscow suburbs and is a milestone in house building. It combines high quality architecture with an agreeable living environment. The use of new technologies in the construction of the façade has proven to be successful.

After finalizing the architectural design of the façade the question was how the brick façade should be realized. The contractor "SIBZARUBEGSTROY" had to find a reliable and experienced partner to plan and manufacture the support structure for the brick work facade. After a highly competitive tender process, Leviat finally prevailed and received the order. The technically demanding project required maximum commitment in preparing the planning documentation. 90 % of the HALFEN HK4 System components used in the project had to be specially custom designed and manufactured.
