Verona Corte in Wroclaw, Poland is a residential estate with 385 flats, 30 commercial units and a five story office building. The development near the centre of town in Wroclaw is not far from the Grabiszyński-Park and was completed in 2010. This interesting building complex is characterised by the sculptured shape of the buildings and the unique use of space. The elegance and the modern quality is characterized by the brick-rendered façades, the deep-set loggias and enhanced by the large glass surfaces of the windows. The concept for the building was developed by the prize-winning architects Piotr Lewicki and Kazimierz Latak.
A high level of quality was stipulated for the brick-render façades for the Verona Corte estate. The façades had to be economical, durable and have an extended useful life. HALFEN delivered the tried and tested HALFEN HK4 Brickwork support including professional planning. This combination enabled the high demands on quality to be reached.
