Stormen Kulturkvartalet is a building project with two main buildings - one concert hall and one library – and was opened in November 2014. It is located by the harbor of Bodø, Norway. The project won a price as the best concrete building 2015 in Norway.

HALFEN delivered TPA, FPA and SPA for the prefabricated elements.
